Valencia Road - Wilmot Road to Kolb Road Intersection & Paving Improvement. Widening and Reconstruction of Valencia Road from just east of Wilmot Road to approximately a mile east of Kolb Road plus 1/4 mile north and south on Kolb Road, plus the creation of northeast and south road ramps. Total length of widening and reconstruction project is 2.05 miles - (EPS Group). NOTE: G-2016-009 are the sewer plans for this project (which are also pages 363 through 370 of the I-plans).
