UA 2nd Street Bike and Pedestrian Improvements - Olive Road Intersection - Highland Avenue Intersection - work includes converting an alley north of dorms and south of 2nd Street into a multi-use path with an adjoining Decomposed Granite water harvesting area - on Olive Road reconstructed ADA Ramp and curb extend to widen sidewalk on the east side for 300' - Highland Avenue mill and replaced asphalt between 1st Street and 2nd Street - All work on State land (UA) and not in City ROW by Federal Grant - (AECOM)
