Road Recovery Proposition 101 Package 5, 5th Street: Alvernon Way to Wilmot Road - includes pavement reconstruction, new curb access ramps, driveways, curb, asphalt and AB, and fully rebuilding of 5th Street from Chantilly Drive to Sahuara Avenue for it to drain and with Concrete, and reconfiguration from 4-lane roadway to 2-lane roadway with new striping - (Kimley>Horn)
